Job Description:-

As a Solution Architect for the university website migration project, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the technical architecture, implementation, and deployment of the React application.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, backend developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance throughout the migration process.

Responsibilities:-

Understand and analyze business requirements and technical constraints to design an effective migration strategy from Angular to React.

Design the architecture for the React application, considering factors such as scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Develop a detailed migration plan, outlining the steps involved, dependencies, and timelines.

Collaborate with frontend and backend development teams to implement the migration plan, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, helping to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure the successful execution of the migration project.

Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the migrated application meets usability and accessibility standards. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to support the migration process and improve the overall quality of the React application.

Conduct regular code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain code quality and consistency. Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide recommendations for mitigation and resolution.

Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:-

Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.

In-depth knowledge of frontend development technologies, including Angular and React, along with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, React) are desirable.
