experienced Solutions Architect to join our growing team.

Germin8 empowers companies to understand and act on real-time social media

conversations. Our flagship product, Trooya, analyzes conversations

from various sources (public and private) and transforms them into actionable insights and

leads.

ones leveraging cutting-edge Gen AI technology for large-scale data analysis. This includes

structured and unstructured data like text, images, and videos.

Responsibilities

Architect Solutions: You'll bridge the gap between business needs and end-to-end

technology solutions. This involves translating customer challenges into robust

architectural plans.

Technical Expertise: Contribute to the technical strategy, design, and details that

enable exceptional cloud-based software solutions.

Scalability Champion: Develop and integrate a comprehensive architecture to

support large-scale, real-time Java applications. Ensure scalability through best

practices, emerging solutions, and adaptable designs.

Collaboration is Key: Function as a trusted advisor, fostering collaboration between

business and technical stakeholders.

Code Reviews & Best Practices: Lead by example. Ensure code adheres to best

practices and design patterns, and evangelize the adoption of these practices within

the team.

Technical Analysis & Estimation: Analyze business requirements and provide

accurate technical estimates.

Technology Selection & Management: Navigate and make informed decisions

regarding technology and design choices.

Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud is a

must.

Profile Description

Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with proficiency in both - backend

and frontend.

3-5 years of experience designing and building scalable architectures.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information

Technology, or a related field.

Proven ability to construct large web-scale real-time systems.

In-depth understanding of data security and privacy concerns.

Expertise in using and developing AI/ML models.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.

Experience in product development.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Solr is a bonus).

Experience with REST/SOA applications.

Hands-on experience in cloud computing (GCP preferred).

Knowledge of data streaming concepts and distributed caching technologies.

Deep understanding of web service software architecture and design issues.

Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities.
