Summary of the Role: A Solution Architect for CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementation projects is responsible for designing and overseeing the technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and integrating CLM solutions with existing systems. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that the implementation meets both functional and technical needs while optimizing performance and scalability.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand the customer's requirements and make recommendations on how the CLM should be used to meet the customer's needs
- Analyze customers current technology eco-system make recommendations on how the CLM should be integrated into these other systems
Write the Solution Design document that will be used by the implementation team to execute the CLM implementation- Work closely with the Project Manager and the implementation team to ensure that the implementation has been performed in accordance to the documented solution design
Be a source of expertise in CLM software, not just for the CLM being implemented, but also alternative products
Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CLM systems in a role of a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect
Strong understanding of multiple CLM platforms- Able to communicate with clarity even in ambiguous situations
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Salary Range: 25 Lakhs - 35 Lakhs Annual Paid Time Off
