As a Solutions Architect, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will support our teams in the US in winning new business. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Go to Market organization to generate and develop technical strategies and solutions for new and existing clients across all our digital services. You will play a key role in creating trusted partnerships, where Ciklum delivers large-scale innovation and digital platforms tailored to the unique needs of various businesses. The role can be located in Chennai or Pune, India.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural diagrams and documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems
Requirements
- 8-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java or .NET open-source projects
- 5-6 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce systems
- Proven experience in creating end-to-end solution designs for at least five unique systems/projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges
- Proficiency in visualizing and documenting solution designs and architecture
- Full-stack development knowledge, including frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (Java, C#, SQL, NoSQL) technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD and automated testing
- Should have good experience in providing solutions to support Pre-sales
Desirable
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
