Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solution Sales Head located in Pune. The Solution Sales Head will be responsible for account management, sales, team management, and sales management. The day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer requirements, providing customized solutions, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and driving sales strategies.

Business Development (BD):

  • Develop, execute Sales strategy and meet the targets related to Topline, Bottom-line and Customers.
  • Promote organization brand in specified territories and create value proposition for prospects.
  • Review sales strategy at regular intervals and recommend adjustments and policy changes by taking appropriate action in conjunction with the CEO.
  • Maintain and publish regularly an updated sales MIS and sales database as per defined SLAs.
  • CRM for key Customer accounts.
  • Take customer feedback proactively through pre-defined mechanisms and publish them every quarter.
  • Research, understand the external environment, its dynamics and implications on current and future plans of the organization and suggest changes in strategies required.
  • Adhere to the relevant processes and policies of the Organization.

Leading Team

  • Build and manage BD team including work allocation
  • Monitor performance and give regular feedback to direct reports for continuous performance improvement.
  • Nurture the direct reports to develop their full potential.

  • Experience in solution sales in Learning and Development Industry
  • Analytical Skills and Account Management
  • Sales and Sales Management
  • Team Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
