We are looking to hire Manager -Solution Design for Pune Location.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage & assess the quality of RFQs, conduct analysis of basic RFQ information to understand customer requirement & design cost effective solution response documents. Design customized questionnaire for understanding of the scope of work.
Ulitize appropriate software tools for developing ,modelling , evaluating and selecting appropriate solution options.
Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business , operational implementations , and re-engineering initiatives as well as VSM.
Identify new potential opportunities along with business development team with a potential to convert them.
Preparation of detailed scope of costing and capital expenditure as well as OPEX required solutions.
Engage with clients in relationship building and connecting with key client stakeholders. Design Standard operating procedures as well as work instructions for the customers.
Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentations to customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
Re-engineer existing contracts/capabilities and benchmarking against best practices. Suggest changes or replacements or extensions of current capabilities/ contracts.
To discuss design solutions with Stake holders and/or with business development lead to respective vertical before submission
Setup meetings with vendors to understand new product offerings in market and aim to implement novel solutions relating to automation/ new technology. Collect the quotes for preparations of costing for new Projects.
Ensure that all the recommend solutions, implementation Plans, Meet the client requirements.
Ensuring regular reviews to validate the solutions and commercials
Support business development team to understand the technicalities of the RFOs and the solutions and support in preparation of commercials
Responsible for preparing technical & commercial proposal in logistics projects . Cost estimation and calculation. Closely coordinate with German / Global solutions design teams.
Engaged in receipt of RFI/RFQ till pricing submission and hand holding as well as transfer to implementation team / Site Management team.
Authority
Contact vendors / Service Providers to get the required rates in order to prepare the quotes for RFO /Tenders.
To connect with the client in order to understand their requirement and process.
To introduce /implement the new technology /Automation in a Project.
Reviewing and restructuring of current project for implementing best practices.
Accountability
Analyzing and interpretation of the technical & commercials aspects of the projects and help business development team to understand it.
Analyze the feasibility of the terms and conditions of the bidding projects as per our company policy.
Interpret Data and recommend business forecast based on statistical trends.
Validation of solutions and commercials implemented are as per clients requirements and feasable for our business.
