Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect specializing in UiPath to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex automation solutions using UiPath. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, create detailed architecture designs, and ensure the successful delivery of automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust and scalable automation solutions using UiPath.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Create detailed architectural designs and documentation for automation projects.

Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in automation projects.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of robotic process automation (RPA).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

7 to 10 years of experience in designing and developing automation solutions using UiPath.

Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.

Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.

Experience with integrating UiPath with other systems and applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business stakeholders and team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in UiPath (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, UiPath Solution Architect).

Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.

Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.

Familiarity with database management and SQL.
