Job Title: Solution Architect & Technology Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect & Technology Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role combines solution design, project leadership, and technical thought leadership. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a passion for innovation and quality, possessing strong experience in web application development and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

Architect scalable, secure, and robust solutions for web applications that align with business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.

Technology Exploration:

Research and conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies.

Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms for innovative solutions.

Project Estimation & Planning:

Analyze requirements to create accurate effort estimates and project plans.

Assist in scoping technical aspects of projects for business proposals.

Project Execution & Quality Assurance:

Oversee project delivery from a technical perspective, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and best practices.

Monitor and improve development processes to ensure optimal performance and outcomes.

Thought Leadership:

Contribute to the company's technical thought leadership initiatives by producing technical content, blogs, and whitepapers for sales and marketing efforts.

Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and other technical forums.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in web application architecture, development, and delivery.

Proven expertise in designing and delivering solutions using modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, .NET, C#, Node.js, Python, Java).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
