Process Orchestration and Intelligence product team
, working on workflow automation platforms to build solutions that optimize business processes.
ServiceNow custom applications are low-code solutions built on the ServiceNow Platform that Include capabilities of Application Studio, Guided App Creator, and Mobile Studio. The platform provides a low-code collaborative development environment that enables developers of all skill levels to build and deploy applications on the Now platform rapidly.
The Opportunity
- Designing AES and Service Studio offerings according to enterprise standards
- Architecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement
- Research, evaluation, proof of concepts, and adoption of new technologies
- Designing non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code
- Developing architectural strategy and roadmaps
Who you are:
- 7-10 years of experience architecting the ServiceNow platform and its products with required certifications including:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, related study, or equivalent experience
- Preferred experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow custom applications with App Engine Studio / Service Studio and specialization in the following areas:
- Agile & DevOps
- Workflows & Flow Designer
- Catalog and UI builder
- Integrations
- Service Portal Design
- Workspace
- Experience working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)
- Experience operating in regulated environments is a plus
