What you will do for Sectona
- Work hands on with our customers, primarily in a post-sales role, to provide innovative consulting services.
- Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements via understanding of customer's infrastructure, network design and information and security systems.
- Communicate to customers and partners at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
- Be dedicated in providing excellent design and deployment solutions resulting in extraordinary customer satisfaction.
- Be prompt and deliver high quality service and leadership to align with customer goals and requests.
- Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between Customers and Product Management to drive product development.
- Lead interaction and collaboration with other teams such as Engineering and Support as needed to address escalated issues.
- Perform hands on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the solution
- Manage multiple concurrent deployment projects.
- May provide mentoring, guidance, and expertise to less experienced team members.
- Commit to and use a knowledge repository for deployment standard methodologies and other customer ideas as continuous improvement
Skills and experience you require:
- 8-10 years experience of System Engineer/ System Engineering in System Integration or OEM background
- 5+ years experience in Security Solution System Management, Administration or Post Sales
- Experience in designing and implementing security and identity management solutions to support critical systems and business programs - Preferred.
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc (CS)
- Expertise in core Microsoft product stack, including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies and IIS.
- Experience with VMWare virtual environments, AWS Cloud Services or Microsoft Azure Platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrate an understanding of risk management, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management and role-based access.
- Knowledge and experience in Security space
- General knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premises IT landscape
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability in working with project management and collaboration Tools (Jira and Confluence, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, other business management solutions, etc)
- PMP & Scrum certification desirable (CSM, A-CSM, etc)
- Security Certifications (CISM, CISSP, CCSP, CRCM, etc) desirable
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously. Excellent writing and presentation skills.
