Within Advisory, PwC has a large team (GovTech) that focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.

Broad Role / Responsibilities

• Building and integrating information systems to meet the department's needs
• Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Resolving technical problems as they arise
• Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
• Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Identify critical processes/services.
• Document the workflow, architecture procedure, rules and laws governing them.
• Design and propose modified process if necessary.
• Recommend the best practices for the whole solution
• Design the solutions that match perfectly with an enterprise environment
• Inspect project limitations to analyse alternatives, run process re-engineering, and reduce risks as needed.

Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements

Minimum 12 years of work experience with at least 8 years as a Solution Architect/Solution design/TOGAF/ Frameworks

A minimum of two years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or other hands-on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy or system integrator sound knowledge in different architecture frameworks like Zachman and TOGAF. Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.

Specific Past Work Experience Requirements (Essential)

• 12 Years of experience
• Out of above Minimum 8+ years experience as Solution Architect/Solution design/TOGAF/ Frameworks

Educational Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech. Or PG in (CS/IT)

Certifications (Desirable):

• TOGAF/AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect
• Understanding of Land Records/Revenue

• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle complex assignment independently
• Ability to work with ambiguity. Taking a systematic, structured view of situations.
• Ability to interact with client (senior government officials)
• Demonstrating willingness to get hands dirty and developing a problem-solving attitude
• Strong personal and professional presence and self-confidence, capable of working effectively with senior team as well as all other levels.
