JOB PURPOSE:
- Supports demand management in the ideation phase and early stages of the IM projects.
- Provides solutions that are compatible with the existing (technical and functional) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability.
- Ensures quality and consistency with functional template design for deployments.
- Monitors the market to gain knowledge and understanding of currently emerging technologies in own area of expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with functional, commercial and plant controllers (globally) and becomes a trusted advisor for business processes covered in own area of expertise.
- Lead and/or participate in projects covering the SAP FICO domain including integration with other SAP modules and applications

About the job (Job Responsibilities)
- Supports demand management in defining project charters and translation into detailed requirements in line with Nouryon's project methodology.
- Translates business requirements into solutions and/or solution directions.
- Defines, agrees and communicates the roadmap for the applications in scope.
- Reviews impact assessment and solution directions for change requests.
- Keeps IM documentation and CMDB up-to-date for the business processes and applications in scope.
- Ensure quality and consistency with template design for deployments check of designs and build.
- Supports the testing and training activities for CR's and in projects.
- Contributes to and initiates continuous improvement activities.
- Leads and/or participates in IM projects in different roles e.g. project manager, lead solution architect, finance project consultant or QA role.
- Supports IM Services FAM team in handling MyIT tickets in line with the IM Operating Model
- Supports Finance business leads and other stakeholders regarding IT related topics
We believe you bring (Education & Experience)
- Background: SAP FICO professional in IT and/or Finance business role
- Professional with around 7-10 years of experience in the SAP P2P domain including at least 5 years hands-on experience with SAP VIM / OpenText solutions.
- Master's degree in business management, computer science, or a related field of study

- Good communicator and influencer: Ability to influence internal and external parties and communicate clearly in at different levels. Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Used to working in a global environment and familiar with regional specifics.
- Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new trends and technologies, especially in the SAP ecosystem.
- Solves problems using knowledge, experience, and analysis of available information.
- Broad knowledge and experience of architecture, technology platforms and business domains with relevant experience in SAP FICO (Expertise area: P2P applications like SAP VIM, Concur, OpenText, Tax solutions and integration with Ariba and SAP MM).
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation projects and programs.
- Knowledge of and experience in technical components of OpenText is a strong pre.
- Preferably knowledge of Celonis (process mining)
