Role Purpose:
The IT System Owner (ISO) is part of the Global Delivery Hub in the IT Corporate Functions team, a team responsible for the delivery of Corporate Continuous Improvement (CI), medium-sized projects and Major Program. The role is responsible for the governance, development, integration, modification, operation, maintenance and disposal of a Global FPA solution.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Global Template Management and Solution Delivery support
- Addressing the operational interests of the business community (i.e., users who require access to the information system to satisfy mission, business, or operational requirements)
- Lead the FPA system from the IT side and work closely with the business counterparts in the markets and GBU
- Support the development of a blueprint/process design to achieve a standardised planning solution within Reckitt
- Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the FPA solutions within Reckitt
- Collective responsibility on maintaining the quality of the FPA solution and strive to constantly improve user experience of the application
- Support the Global FI Systems Lead in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the FI Systems landscape
- Work closely with Business-As-Usual (BAU) organisation for FPA tool support across Reckitt
- Advise and support the BRMs during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained enforced from an Integration architecture viewpoint
- Drive data integrity between systems including developing new audits to capture data errors and ensure check and balance is operational across system.
- Collaborates with other IT stakeholders and own the technical/functional development activities
Skills/Experiences
Essential
- 10-15 years in IT Finance domain in multiple FPA systems/technologies and global implementations
- Sound understanding of core financial concepts, including but not limited to, Financial statements, Financial reporting for organizations with a global footprint PL, Balance Sheet, NWC (Net Working Capital) and other financial concepts
- Sound understanding of overall financial planning processes, planning/forecasting cycles, planning methods, SOP, etc.
- Strong experience in one or more of the financial planning systems like SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Sound understanding of integrations of planning systems with other organizational systems (e.g. ERPs, other applications like power BI, AFO, SAP HANA, SAP BW, etc.)
- Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
- Plan / schedule project activities. Lead end-to-end testing process
- Working with cross functional teams (Finance, IT, Supply) and 3rd party service providers (BAU)

- Experience of working within FMCG, Personal Hygiene and Healthcare sector in their FPA practice

- Understanding the concepts for MuleSoft or other integration platforms
- Managing business stakeholders, Vendor Management
