- The Solutions Architect, Customer Engagement (CE) role is to lead the enterprise architecture, governance, solution design, and global configuration of the organization s Customer Relationship Management and Service Management software systems, collectively known as Customer Engagement, through best practices and leadership of a technical team.
- The CE architect will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide the organization through all phases of the design, development, deployment, and support of CE software critical to business operations.
Requirements:
The solution architect should possess minimum 4 to 5 Years of Cloud Technology and earlier experience can be on any Development tool. The overall experience could be in the range of 8 to 10 Years.
