Job Title: Solution Architect and Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with business stakeholders and internal teams to understand requirements, as well as design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet these requirements. Day to day work will involve analyzing business requirements and turning them into scalable technical solutions, ensuring that the solution meets business goals, and aligns to Duracell security policies. Responsibilities also includes supporting and day to day operations. This role will also engage in development and end to end deliverable of new solutions. This role will require to work closely with Duracell R&D and Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- with business stakeholders to understand and capture requirements.
- and architect end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.
- collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and security professionals to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.
- and maintain a deep understanding of the solutions and be able to jump into problem diagnostics and issue resolutions.
- and maintain project documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.
- in project planning and estimation activities.
- engages in design and development work.
- technical guidance and support to development teams during the design, development and testing phases.
- regular status meetings with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- in post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

Qualifications:
- degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- years of experience in technical business analysis, solution architecture, or related field
- understanding of cloud technology stack, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and cloud security
- be a problem solver with ability to breakdown complex situations and provide solutions.
- knowledge of Microsoft .Net, Oracle and SQL Server
- analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- technical skills, including experience with enterprise-level software development.
- to work independently and as part of a team.
- to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- organizational and time management skills
- management experience is a plus.
