Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to own software solution architecture across multiple architecture categories and ensure its alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. Each day, you will be responsible for the design and build, integrity, and quality of an Information Systems (IS) solution and associated IS services delivered to business. You will also showcase your expertise by consulting, advising, and supporting on the installation of new IS solutions/services, or changing existing IS solutions/services.

This role is contributing to the IS Services in India/ Mexico/ Global.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensures that the IS solutions/services provides the required functionality, meet the expectations of business and are reliable, maintainable, compliant, and auditable.
- Manages/monitors software development and analyses data to continually improve solution.
- Collaborates with and contributes to project setup and delivery and to service operations optimization.
- Accountable to approve, sign-off, and build any solution to be implemented on ABB production environment, within the respective service line, ensuring required quality and safety standards.
- Defines the technical IS solution and ensures alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications through cooperation and collaboration among IS solution architects and IS delivery units.
- Engages in requirement engineering to decide the requirements to be covered by available standard functionalities.
- Supports the validation and prioritization of incoming business demand, in collaboration with the relevant IS Service Owner and/or IS Lead Architect.
- Creates a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
- Works closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
- Responds to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Offers guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
Qualifications For The Role
- Master's Degree in information management, computer
- systems, business engineering or similar
- Total of 10-12 Years out of which 3-5+ years of experience designing, executing, and
- supporting IT cloud solutions
- Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP- certifications are preferred
- Strong stake-holder management experience required
