Responsibilities:
Complete understanding of Release 15, 16, 17 and upcoming 18, 19 of 3GPP, RAN4 and RAN5 test cases, its interpretation and test cases applicable for gNB.
Detail understating of ORAN architecture, test classification, chapter 6, 7, 8 testing.
Good understanding and Hands-on O-RU, O-DU, O-CU and RIC
Strong knowledge of L1 operations between UE and enodeB, iRAT, Handovers, MIMO, CA.
Excellent understanding of 5G FR1 and FR2 RF and protocol (L1 to L3) measurements, including chamber-based OTA calibration and measurements.
Detail understanding of O-RAN, gNB and UE RF and protocol measurements.
Knowledge of Keysight solution portfolio for ORAN products is desirable an added advantage.
Understanding of channel emulation, massive MIMO, beamforming, carrier aggregation and EN-DC/NR-DC is will be an added advantage.
Hands on experience on Keysight instruments including Signal Generator, Signal Analyzer, VXT, UXM 5G, Propsim, Signal Studio, and VSA is required.
Working knowledge of scripting and test automation is needed.
Good understanding of cellular technologies like 2G, 3G, LTE, 5G NR
Good Communication and Presentation skills
Delivers technical expertise for solution implementation to customer based on Keysight products and services. Focuses mostly on the pre-sales process.
Contributes to sales account planning. Participates actively in the sales process from deal qualification to deal closure. Owns the deal's technical closure.
Is knowledgeable of competition
Analyzes customer requirements and recommends appropriate solution. Is responsible for demos and for enhancing customers experience and satisfaction.
Acts as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets customer needs.
Ready to Travel. Travel required 30% to 40%
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree from IITs, NITs, or any other reputed institute
Typically 8-13 years relevant Industry experience
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
