Position Summary:
We are seeking a SolidWorks Trainer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and expertise in SolidWorks software. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with SolidWorks, 3D printing, and an ability to train and mentor aspiring innovators. You will be responsible for developing and delivering SolidWorks training programs, guiding students in mastering the software, and supporting their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive SolidWorks training programs, including course materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Instruction and Mentorship: Provide expert instruction and mentorship in SolidWorks, guiding students through the software's features, tools, and applications.
- Project Support: Assist students in designing and developing mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks, offering technical guidance and support.
- Hands-On Training: Conduct hands-on training sessions, helping students apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios, including 3D printing and CNC machining.
- Technical Expertise: Share knowledge and expertise in SolidWorks, mechanical engineering, and related tools and technologies.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement in their skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and mentors to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for students.
Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in mechanical engineering with proven expertise in SolidWorks.
- Training Experience: Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a classroom or workshop setting.
- Hands-On Experience: Extensive experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, and related fabrication technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective instruction and mentorship.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative training methods and materials to enhance learning outcomes.
Compensation:
- Total CTC: 4,00,000 per annum.
- Fixed Salary: 3,60,000 per annum.
- Variable Component: Up to 40,000 per annum based on performance.
