Solar Technician

Description

We are seeking a Solar Technician with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain solar energy systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair solar panels, inverters, and other components.
• Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panels.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards.
• Perform regular maintenance on solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Communicate with project manager and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-1 years of experience in solar energy installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
• Familiarity with local and state regulations related to solar energy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
