Job Description:- Business Development: The primary responsibility of a Sales Executive is to identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar industry. This includes researching and identifying potential clients, projects, and markets
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders is essential. Sales Executives should understand client needs, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Lead Generation: Generating leads through various means, such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing potential projects and clients.
- Proposal and Tender Submission: Preparing and submitting proposals, bids, and tenders for solar projects. This involves working closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are technically feasible and align with the client's needs.
- Sales Negotiations: Engaging in negotiations with potential clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. This includes discussing pricing, contract terms, and project scope. 6. Market Research: Keeping up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. This information helps in making informed decisions and strategies for sales efforts.
- Sales Target Achievement: Setting and achieving sales targets and goals, which are typically tied to revenue and project acquisition. Sales Executives are responsible for meeting or exceeding these targets.
- Contract Management: Once a deal is closed, Sales Executives may be involved in contract management to ensure that the terms of the agreement are met and that the project progresses smoothly.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Collaborating with the technical and engineering teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are technically sound and can be effectively executed. This includes aligning the sales efforts with the company's capabilities.
