Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns, events, and digital channels for lead generation.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs, educate them about solar solutions, and present tailored proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to showcase the benefits and features of solar energy systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to penetrate target markets, segments, and regions effectively.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance against targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solar projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, products, and applications.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
