We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer with a strong background in solar plants to join
our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical experience to provide exceptional
support and service, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our solar plants.
Responsibilities :-
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar plants Inverters, DC and AC
Side of the system.
Provide prompt and effecƟve technical support via phone, email, or onsite visits.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement correcƟve acƟons to resolve issues promptly.
Perform commissioning, tesƟng, and maintenance of Solar inverters.
Collaborate with cross-funcƟonal teams including Sales, Engineering and Product OEM.
To improve product performance and reliability.
Document all service activities , technical solutions and interactions in the CRM system.
Train internal teams on the operation n and maintenance of solar string inverter and PV plants.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide proactive technical support
and recommendations
