Solar PV Designer

HYSOLWIN GREEN ENERGY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is a renewable energy company based in Pune. The company specializes in solar, wind, and green hydrogen projects. Since its inception in June 2020, HYSOLWIN has successfully completed several solar projects, including India's largest single-location BIOCNG project and a rooftop project near the Bhutan border. The company offers a unique mix of consulting, engineering, procurement, construction, asset management, and fundraising services for solar projects.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar PV Designer. The Solar PV Designer will be responsible for designing and optimizing solar photovoltaic systems. Key responsibilities include conducting site surveys, performing shade analysis, creating electrical and mechanical designs, selecting equipment, and preparing technical drawings and specifications. The Solar PV Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
• Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and design principles
• Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
• Experience with solar design tools and software, such as PVsyst or Helioscope
• Ability to perform site surveys and shade analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field
