Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Solar Installer at Aaditya Solar Energy located in Ahmedabad. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include assembling and installing solar panels, wiring and connecting solar systems, and conducting system inspections and maintenance. You will work closely with the installation team to ensure efficient and safe installation practices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in solar panel installation or a related field
• Understanding of electrical systems and wiring
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to solar installations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Relevant certifications and licenses in solar installation are preferred, but not required.
