Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students or professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high quality training sessions, both theoretical and practical, to help students gain proficiency in software testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Manual Testingand Automation Testingtools and frameworks.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and project exercises.
• Ensure that students understand key software testing concepts such as test case development, bug reporting, and software testing lifecycle.
• Teach popular automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Provide mentorship and support to students throughout the learning process, including guiding them through practical projects.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, mock tests, and hands on projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and update the curriculum accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experiencein Software Testing (Manual and Automation).
• Proficiency in Manual Testingprocesses such as test planning, test case execution, defect tracking, and test reporting.
• Hands on experience with Automation Testingtools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Cused in automation scripts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an ITor training instituteenvironment.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Cucumber, Postman, JMeter, etc.
