We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Testing Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools, while fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment for students.
- Develop and deliver curriculum for software testing courses, including theoretical and practical components.
- Conduct lectures, workshops, and hands-on labs to teach software testing principles, techniques, and tools.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and career paths in software testing.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to enhance program offerings and student experiences.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and accreditation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, and relevant testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, QTP).
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive learning environment
