Software Tester

Extensive experience in testing software (preferably for medical or other electromechanical device-based products).

Familiarity with the V design model and IEC 62304 or similar industry standards.

Familiarity with risk identification, analysis and mitigation.

Experience with REST API testing and API testing tools such as Swagger, Postman, etc. The ideal candidate should be able to set up these tools and work with the API developer(s) and create test plans, scripts, reports etc.

Experience with testing desktop based software applications using tools such as Squish, Smartbear ,Test complete etc.

Expert foundational Software Testing skills including product requirements analysis, test planning, manual and automated test cases creation, test execution, objective evidence capturing, test results reporting and documentation.

Extensive experience setting up and using test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)

Strong communication skills and self-empowerment to take lead on testing activities and divulge in cross-functional discussions.
