Job Title : Software Tester

Job Location: Chennai

Job Timings: UK Shift only

We are looking for a passionate individual, having 8+ Years of experience with computer science/IT UG/PG background, preferably from finance/banking services domain with relevant work experience in Selenium, Jira, Manual testing profiles with exposure to full software test life cycle.

Desirable Profile

• Technical Skills: STLC, Jira, Selenium, Visual Studio Test Planner, Testing/Quality Frameworks/Standards.

Other Roles and Responsibilities

• Interact with product management and development teams to develop a strong I understanding of the project and testing objectives.
• Co-ordinate between onshore offshore teams.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
• Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and
• technical use cases.
• Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build new scripts for performing testing/validations.
• Develop and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium.
• Design, Execute and analyze automation test scripts test results for Web and windows based applications.
• Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA / VSTP / Java, C#.
• Knowledge of any development language is a plus.
• Support during production deployment of applications and perform validation / testing during the off hours maintenance windows.
• Relevant certifications are desirable.
