Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team at Ditinus Technology Private Ltd. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications by designing, implementing, and executing test cases. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing and a strong understanding of various testing methodologies and tools. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Working experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and test scripts
- Solid understanding of functional and non-functional testing techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective test strategies and test plans
- Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meet project requirements and quality standards
- Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of testing tools and frameworks
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
- Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress and outcomes
