1. Understand End to End Payment module (NEFT,RTGS,IMPS, UPI- Add Ruy card, Mobile, UPI ID, Mandate creation)
2. Understand of Credit Card/Prepaid Card( Card PIN Services, Limit Set, Add Other Bank Credit Card, E-Gift Card) module
3. Understanding of Investment module (Mutual Fund, Equity, PPF Account, IPO, NPS)
4. Understanding of Bill payment Module ( Onetime Payment, Biller Add/Modification, Delete Biller, Biller Payment -With Limit, Autopay)
5. Understanding of UPI Payment( Send Money- To UPI ID/Number or To Account, Pay to Mobile or UPI Number, Collect- Collect Now/ Collect Later, Scan Any QR, Transaction History, Payment Requests, Manage, UPI Mandate, Raise a Dispute, Report a Fraud)
6. Understanding of Account-Mini Statement, Detail Statement, Passbook, Raise a Dispute, Report a Fraud, Interest Certificate, Add/View Nominee, Cheque Book Request, Stop Cheque)
7. Understanding of FD/ RD creation, Pre-Closer, From 15H/15 G, OD Against OD, Credit Card Against FD, Insta FD)
