Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Test Engineer with expertise in automation testing using Selenium and Java. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies and automated testing frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for both web and mobile applications.
- Conduct manual testing as needed to identify and report defects, ensuring thorough test coverage.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in software quality.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software testing with a focus on automation, using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
