Total Work Experience : 4 to 12 years
Work Location : Pune
Mandatory Skills : Manual testing , test framework, Trading, capital market, investment banking applications
Experienced required :
Min 4 years of relevant exp in Software Testing , SDLC, Testing frame work , Automation testing
Experience in Capital Market Domain(Front, Middle and Back Office Operations)
Hands on experience in trading life cycle- Front Office (Sales and Pre trade, Trading), Middle Office (Trade Servicing, Trade Processing), Back Office (Clearing and Settlement, Post Settlement).
Proven experience in Capital Market related applications or tools.
Must have business knowledge asset class
Strong experience in either of Front, Middle or Back Office projects for Global financial Intermediaries viz. Banks, Insurance Companies, Exchanges, CCPs, Custodians, Prime Brokers or Treasuries.
Role And Responsibilities : Execute test cases and identify, prioritize, and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure test coverage.
Mentor and guide junior testers in manual testing best practices and methodologies.
Participate in test strategy discussions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Review and validate test results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance testing practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, reliable testing outcomes.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
Conduct risk-based testing, prioritizing critical functionalities and scenarios.
Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not adversely impact existing functionality.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to address issues and clarify requirements.
Lead test strategy discussions, test reviews, and defect triage meetings.
Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
Provide expertise in various testing methodologies and best practices.
