Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of Role
NOC Testing Testing of NOC features for varied customers as per business expansion during FY 2023-24.
Process adherence Create requirement coverage and attain 100% test coverage & delivery supported by testing artifacts. Test cases to be present in Zephyr and executed as per the testing cycles.
Peer review test cases of junior team member in the aligned scrum team and assist in overcoming challenges.
Automation Testing Create/enhance/maintain reusable core automation framework progressively that covers starter kit and mining as well.
Assist junior team members in speeding up with automation & take over framework enhancement & maintenance by creating new libraries as required with the expansion of NOC features.
Periodically keep extending automation test coverage as per program increments.
Team Coordination & building Shadow other team members to independently undertake automation scripting.
Meeting & Communication Attend all scrum ceremonies as invited and communicate/ raise/ share the progress, challenges etc. to facilitate success of the Sprint/Release delivery.
Reporting Adhere to weekly reporting and other frequency as required from time to time.
Self development Work on the improvement areas advised as per the quarterly performance review during the fiscal year 2023-24; to be closed before follow-up quarterly review
Qualifications
Total Experience: 8 Years
MCA/ BTech (Computer Sc.)/ Equivalent
Must have sound Software testing lifecycle knowledge in Agile Framework.
Strong manual testcases designing skills with good requirement analysis ability to perform manual testing.
Must have strong analytical & logical ability.
Must have Java based programming skills and should be able to work independently.
Must possess knowledge in Hybrid framework designing, RestAssured for API automation, JMeter.
Must have worked in any test case management tool like Jira.
Good to have exposure to DevOps culture
Must have good communication ability (both verbal & written) and must be a good team player and should be flexible to work in a diversified culture.
