About The Team
This team is responsible Discovering, Implementing and Maintaining Robotic Process Automation Bots, Intelligent Automation Bots, Hyper Automation Bots. This includes the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Bots on Windows, Virtual and Cloud environments using FIS Inhouse and Commercial tools.
What You Will Be Doing
- Test Automation Strategy Define and implement automation for manual testing tasks across projects
- SLA Adherence Ensure all deliverables meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Automated Tests Develop and implement automated test suites using tools like Selenium WebDriver
- Mentorship Guide and mentor QA Analysts to enhance their automation testing skills
- Non-Functional Tests Plan and execute non-functional tests within the agreed time frame
- Continuous Integration Manage continuous automated testing integration using tools like Jenkins/Hudson
- Daily Stand-ups Participate in daily stand-up sessions and represent QA in release planning
- Issue Identification Identify and escalate issues that do not meet quality standards
- Business Understanding Develop a sound understanding of the business to align tests with system use
- Stakeholder Communication Keep team members and managers informed about testing progress and risks
- System Expertise Quickly become an expert in system functionality and related systems
- Team Collaboration Work within a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to requirements analysis and support processes
- Documentation Extend and enhance system documentation for new or changed functionalities
- Additional Duties Perform other duties as required, which may change over time
What You Bring
- 10+ Years of experience in Selenium with C# .Net
- Experience in page object framework
- MVC / ASP.Net
- MS SQL/MySQL DB knowledge, sql queries
- API testing using Postman etc
- Knowledge of Jenkins, CI
- Experience in Agile
- Manual testing
- Python is added advantage
Qualification BCA/BSC/BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (Information Technology/ computer)
