nAbout the role:

nWe are seeking an experienced AR/VR Developer with a strong background in creating immersive augmented and virtual reality applications across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in AR/VR development and a deep understanding of the latest AR/VR technologies, including Oculus, HoloLens, and Apple Vision Pro.

nKey Responsibilities:

• nDesign and Development:
  • nDevelop high-quality AR/VR applications targeting platforms such as Oculus, HoloLens, and Apple Vision Pro.
  • nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative AR/VR experiences.
  • nOptimize AR/VR applications for performance and usability across different devices and platforms.
• nPlatform Integration:
  • nImplement and integrate AR/VR solutions with existing systems and workflows.
  • nWork with APIs and SDKs specific to Oculus, HoloLens, and Apple Vision Pro.
  • nEnsure compatibility and functionality across multiple platforms and devices.
• nTesting and Debugging:
  • nConduct thorough testing of AR/VR applications to ensure reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • nIdentify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues, providing timely solutions.
• nUser Experience (UX):
  • nDesign intuitive and engaging user interfaces for AR/VR applications.
  • nIncorporate user feedback to enhance the user experience continually.
• nContinuous Learning:
  • nStay up-to-date with the latest AR/VR technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • nExperiment with new tools and techniques to push the boundaries of AR/VR development.

nRequired Skills and Experience:

• nExperience:n
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in AR/VR development.
  • nPrior experience in building solutions for healthcare, particularly in the areas of Field Service and Clinical Education Highly preferred.
  • nExpertise in Integrating AR/VR solutions with existing healthcare systems and workflows.
• nTechnical Expertise (Must have):
  • nProficiency in AR/VR development using Unity3D.
  • nStrong programming skills in C#.
  • nExperience with AR/VR SDKs and APIs, including Oculus SDK, HoloLens SDK, and ARKit/ARCore.
  • nKnowledge of 3D modeling and animation tools (e.g., Blender, Maya).
• nPlatform-Specific Experience:
  • nHands-on experience with Oculus Quest/Rift development.
  • nExperience developing for Microsoft HoloLens, including Mixed Reality Toolkit (MRTK).
  • nFamiliarity with Apple's Vision Pro platform and associated development tools.
• nUX/UI Design (Good to have):
  • nExperience designing intuitive and immersive user interfaces for AR/VR applications.
  • nUnderstanding of user-cantered design principles in AR/VR.
• nAdditional Skills:
  • nKnowledge of networking and multiplayer integration for AR/VR.
  • nFamiliarity with cloud services and backend integration (e.g., AWS, Azure) for AR/VR applications

nPreferred Qualifications:

• nExperience with other AR/VR platforms and devices, such as Magic Leap, HTC Vive, or Meta Quest Pro.
• nExperience with 3D scanning technologies is preferred.
• nStrong portfolio demonstrating previous AR/VR projects.

nEducation:

• nBachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
