Role:

We are looking for a Team Manager based in India, with proven experience in Laravel PHP, JavaScript, and hybrid mobile application development. The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience in software development.

Salary:

Annual salary range: 15.6 lakh to 18 lakh INR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software developers.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise team activities to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices.
• Foster the professional growth of team members.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability to start without a notice period.
• Proven experience of over 10 years in software development.
• In-depth skills in Laravel PHP, JavaScript, and hybrid mobile application development.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
