Experience : 12+ years of work experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI technologies and leading development teams.

Job Duties:-

Lead a team of developers in AI-focused software development projects overseeing the technical aspects of software development projects, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.

Actively engage in research and experimentation with new AI technologies and methodologies.

Drive the development of AI-based applications, including websites, mobile apps, and chatbots, with a strong emphasis on innovative solutions.

Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies.

Manage end-to-end project development, ensuring a deep understanding and articulation of both technical and functional aspects.

Facilitate client interactions, effectively communicating technical details, project timelines, and the value of AI technologies in meeting client needs.

Utilize expertise in Python and AI-related technologies, applying this knowledge to create cutting-edge solutions.

Lead development efforts as a full-stack developer, with a significant emphasis on front-end technologies (Django, Flask, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

Show experience in developing no-code or low-code websites.

Demonstrate a solution-oriented, self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives without a structured, process-driven workflow.

Ensure clarity and detail in technical resumes, emphasizing individual contributions and specific AI-related projects.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Must-have

Strong leadership skills with experience in leading software development projects and teams, with a focus on innovation and experimentation in AI.

Proficiency in Python and AI-related frameworks and libraries.

Full stack developer with strong front-end development skills with technologies such as Django, Flask, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience in AWS, Azure, or similar SIT, deployment experience.

Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI/technical concepts to clients.
