Job Description

  • Managing trouble tickets.
  • Communicating with external clients in regular meetings via MS Teams.
  • Communicating with internal resources via email and MS Teams and trouble ticket assignments.
  • Attempting to reproduce problems identified by clients in non-production environments.
  • Managing release of code fixes and database scripts to external clients.
  • Functional testing fixes provided by developers or DBAs in internal environments.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn new products, functionality, and data models.
  • Familiarity with a relational database product (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc)
  • Able to occasionally work outside of normal office hours for code deployments.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and written.
  • Working usual office hours for the Eastern time zone.
  • High bandwidth and high availability internet connection if working remotely.
