Responsibilities

• Have to attend the ticket raised by customer.
• Has to solve the ticket by restarting the product for smooth operation.
• Remote support to solve operational issues.
• Coordinate with development engineers to solve any complex problems.

Qualifications

• Btech or any other computer related discipline
• Intel based pc and server hardware knowledge
• Networking knowledge
• Linux and windows system knowledge.
• Linux shell scripting
• Python
