  • 24 x 7 Software Service support.(Mainly in Nightshift)
Responsibilities
  • Nightshift Service call Handling
  • Analyze problem and execute correctives.
  • Discussion with Customer.
  • Discussion with Team for Issues and resolutions.

Requisite Qualification

  • 2+ years of Database PL SQL Queries, Oracle / SQL DB handling.
  • Basic Knowledge of Software programming
Preferred
  • Knowledge in Warehousing Management System
Skills & Competencies
  • Deep Understanding of Oracle/SQL etc.
  • Knowledge of .NET with 2 tire and 3 tire application
  • Knowledge of programming languages C#, VB.net.
  • Good Knowledge of IT Hardware, LAN Networking & ERP Integration
