This is an internship role for a Junior Java Developer. As a Junior Java Developer, you will be involved in software development using Java and the Spring Framework. You will work on microservices development and programming tasks. This is an on-site role located in Indore.

Requirement: For establishment the better support mechanism in the system.

Responsibilities:

Required to achieve sales targets.

Perform daily calling for existing client for relationship.

Perform pre-sales working.

Attending daily support call.

Resolving day to day support tickets raised by client.

Coordination with other Dept. for client issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

Friendly with adopting the new process and system.

Daily calling ability.

Graduate in any stream.

Basis knowledge of Excel.

Personality and Interpersonal Skills

Sale skills

Ability to learn and grow

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills

Comfort dealing with client over call, chat, email.

Good communication skills.

Good adaptive skill.

Problem-solving skills.
