This role requires expertise in lead generation, new client acquisition, and maintaining strong follow-ups. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & New Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline for our AI-powered PTE software.
- Execute cold-calling strategies to establish relationships and introduce clients to the product's unique features.
- Software Demonstrations
- Conduct virtual software demos on Zoom/GMeet, effectively showcasing how the AI-driven features enhance PTE preparation.
- Sales Through Digital Channels
- Utilize WhatsApp and cold calling for direct sales, maintaining a persuasive and professional approach to secure client interest.
- Follow-up & Renewals
- Maintain strong follow-up practices to close deals and foster long-term client relationships.
- Manage timely follow-ups with existing clients for renewals, promoting high retention and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in software sales or a related field, preferably with AI-powered or EdTech products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual sales tools such as Zoom/GMeet.
