You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven software products through a combination of manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
Manual Testing
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover various AI and machine learning use cases.
- Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing of AI-driven applications, including validating model outputs for accuracy, bias, and relevance.
- Evaluate edge cases, rare conditions, and corner cases where AI models may underperform or provide inaccurate results.
- Manually validate the performance of AI features, ensuring they meet customer expectations and product requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to understand model architecture, inputs, outputs, and constraints, helping to improve test effectiveness.
- Identify, document, and track software defects throughout the development cycle.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Automation Testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for AI applications, ensuring efficient testing coverage and continuous integration.
- Implement and optimize test frameworks for model validation, API testing, and UI/UX validation.
- Automate testing workflows for real-time and batch AI model predictions, leveraging tools like Selenium, Cypress, PyTest, or other relevant frameworks.
- Create automated tests to validate data pipelines and model training processes, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of AI models across versions.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze test results.
General
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development process.
- Implement SQL requests when required.
