Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled QA/Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce-based enterprise application. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a thorough understanding of QA methodologies, and experience with Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce-based applications.
- Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Document and report test results, track defects, and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Participate in requirement review meetings and provide input from a QA perspective.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by new changes.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, specifically with Salesforce applications.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
