Cloudfinch, a fast-growing startup in the EHS, Logistics, AI and Knowledge Management spaces, is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to join our collaborative team in Ballard Estate, Mumbai. Responsibilities:
- Prepare project proposals and discuss potential projects with clients and stakeholders
- Define project scope, requirements, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Manage project budgets and resources to meet deadlines and milestones
- Track progress, document issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Facilitate team meetings and collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Ensure software quality standards are met and requirements are delivered on time and within budget
- Close projects and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in software project management, preferably in an Agile environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple projects
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, GitHub, and Trello
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and make data-driven decisions
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
