Goals Deliverables:
- Responsible for quality product delivery with 4.5rating out of 5 from every customer. Also must ensure internal product delivery audit also has above 4.5ratings within the assigned territory.
- Responsible for contribution to product health with minimum 3 to 5 simplification or new ideas shared within the Product teams.
- Responsible for product marketing through Social media reviews for every successful product delivery done.
- Growth driver for marketing by initiating customer testimonials from all happy customer engagements.
- Continuously improving the competitive intelligence with minimum 1 competitor study every month and help with preparing learning courses for certification within team.
- Work closely with Sales Team and Leads for pre-sales demo, POC implementations, upsell/cross-sell activities and ensure to drive minimum 1 to 2 times revenue of their salary.

- You should have the flexibility to handle different levels and categories of customers. Right from the smallretailers to medium to corporate level customers
- You follow the systems and processes and utilize CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in CRM for all the leads, prospects, customers and partners engagements

- You are expected to have strong solution skills and time bound product delivery skills for benefit of Customer and GazeIT
