- Conduct assessments of current quality systems and processes to identify areas of improvement
- Work with teams across the organization to develop and implement quality improvement strategies
- Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent quality across the organization
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver quality training programs to ensure all employees understand and adhere to quality policies and procedures
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet quality requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5-10+ years in implementing, teaching, training, consulting and participating/performing in appraisals against SEI CMM, SEI CMMI, ISO/SPICE, ITIL, ISACA COBIT
