Could you be the full-time Software Verification & Test Leader (V&TL) we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll manage the validation and verification of all TC&IS sub-systems and components, ensuring they align with our project strategies. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Software Development Leaders, Sub-System Engineers, Schematics & Apparatus Leaders), coordinate test activities, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of the delivery of TC&IS test procedures and reports, but also oversee the configuration management of Verification & Test deliverables.
We'll look to you for:
Ensuring 100% compliance with EHS rules, particularly regarding activities on trains and test benches
Managing the configuration of TC&IS validation and verification tools
Delivering comprehensive test procedures and reports for TC&IS
Maintaining the configuration database with up-to-date Verification & Test deliverables
Updating the validation status of change requests in the CR database
Handling all non-conformities in test reports related to change requests

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience or understanding of software integration & validation phases
Knowledge of validation methods and tools (e.g., boundary tests, TestStand)
Familiarity with test environments (e.g., Testbench, simulators)
A certification in project management or quality assurance.
Fluency in English
Proven ability to manage work packages for subcontractors
