Software IT-Online Bidder

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Fiverr, and Freelancer, etc.
• Craft compelling and customized proposals tailored to each client's needs and requirements.
• Identify and bid on relevant IT projects on online platforms.
• Write customized proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a high bid-to-win ratio by understanding client requirements and delivering persuasive pitches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Monitor bidding platforms to stay updated on new project postings and bidding trends.
• Analyze past bids and performance to improve future bidding strategies.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in online bidding and IT sales.
• Strong communication and proposal writing skills.
• Familiarity with IT services and bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
