As a Software Engineering Specialist focused on Salesforce Communications Cloud in a wider Agile team, you will
Work with product owners, program and solutions architects to define solutions that fit within the wider enterprise architecture.
Manage expectations on what is practically achievable with the product.
Challenge business requirements which would require complex and extensive customisations where an alternative approach could result in a much more simple systems implementation.
Guide our implementation team on appropriate use of Salesforce Communications Cloud and the wider Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
Write and review documents explaining overall architecture and high level designs for the solution.
Set best practices and guardrails for the wider Salesforce team both functionally and non-functionally and assist in their enforcement via the governance process.
Proactively identify and mange risks. Take ownership of complex issues to resolution.
Undertake proof of concept developments to show case potential solutions.
Help the implementation team on complex solution implementations and issues when required.
